Agreement: Service is limited to Upstate New York, outside of the
Greater Rochester area outside of Monroe County may required additional
travel fees. Consulting / Evaluations are billed at an hourly rate just like
normal service. DSM Electronics, Inc. does not charge on-site fees, most
companies charge on-site fees before the service technician arrives in
addition to their hourly rate - we do not. DSM charges on the quarter hour
for service as soon as the technician arrives on site. (with a minimum of
one hour) Once service has been completed by the technician for that day or
period full payment for service and/or parts & supplies is required in the
form of Check, Credit Card, and/or Cash. (payment terms are only granted to
existing business customers with a favorable payment history)

Remote Repair
requires high-speed internet access & the ability to access the internet. If
you are unable to access the internet than the Remote Repair option is not
possible and on-site service is required. You must have Windows 98 Second
Edition, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, or Windows XP
Professional to also qualify for Remote Repair. For Windows 98SE, Windows
ME, or Windows 2000 customers you must have the ability to download and
install a Remote Access client from our servers. (a valid Credit Card is
required for Remote Service) Remote Service Area is not limited and can be
performed world wide. |
