Outlook Express

 1.  Address Book,
        
      C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\%username%.wab
     
 2. Email files, note: be careful to make sure your in the right directory, 'Local Settings' is a hidden folder

      C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Identities\
          {4E3254D7-522A-412A-9296-3F4767B3A2CB}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

       Note: A. {4E3254D7-522A-412A-9296-3F4767B3A2CB} can vary and may be several
                 B. there may be several directories with name variations, you need to look in each to see what
                      'Outlook Express' folder has the most recent file dates and copy that entire folder.
                 C. you can not be in outlook express when you copy the folder
             

 3. Email Account(s), if can still access the system and open outlook express you can copy each mail
                                           account setup by export them with passwords and settings
