Managed Tape Backup
To ease concerns over the potential loss of information, we back-up and
store your data in a secure off-site location. State-of-the-art backup
equipment such as robotic tape machines coupled with VERITAS Enterprise Data
Center software and off-site storage ensures your data is quickly recovered
in the event of a declared disaster or outage caused by other means.
Nightly, incremental and weekly back-ups are available.
Managed Load Balancing
For mission critical data, DSM offers server load balancing services
providing its customers consistent availability and overall higher
performance.
24/7 Monitoring Service
DSM Electronics has implemented an end-to-end management and monitoring
system that uses a multi-layered approach to simulate application requests
from end users. In the event of a bottleneck, an alarm is activated in our
Network Operations Center, troubleshooting begins immediately and the
customer is notified of the problem. Pre-defined escalation procedures and
root cause analysis techniques ensure rapid resolution.
Redundant Power Feeds
To gain another level of redundancy, DSM provides multiple power feeds to
your server and networking equipment with multi-level surge protection.
